Many people who find me have already tried therapy. They've done the work, pushed through, done the research — and something still isn't shifting. I work with people carrying trauma, patterns that keep showing up, identities shaped by things that happened long before they had words for it. What matters most is not how 'bad' it was. What matters is how it affected you. That's the only measure that counts here.
I specialize in complex trauma using approaches that go deeper than talking alone like Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). If you understand the patterns but still feel caught in them, that's not failure. It means something deeper needs attention and help to find a path through it.
The practice is fully telehealth and I work with clients in Florida, Kentucky, Oregon, and Washington.
Many people wait longer than they need to before reaching out, so my goal is to make getting started easy. We start with a consultation, which is just a conversation with no pressure. It’s a chance to find out if this is the right fit and answer questions. There is no cost or commitment.
